Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using iMock. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
iMock is an AI-powered mock interview platform that provides users with simulated interview practice, personalised feedback, resume analysis, and career preparation tools. The service is provided “as is” subject to the terms below.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use iMock. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at security@imock.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use iMock to cheat in live employer interviews using our AURA or stealth features (our tools are intended for practice only)
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download question banks or other platform data
- Upload malicious files, spam content, or material that infringes third-party intellectual property
- Impersonate another person or organisation
5. Subscriptions and Billing
iMock offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion and subject to our Refund Policy available at billing@imock.ai.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on iMock — including question banks, AI models, UI designs, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of iMock and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Your resume data and session recordings remain yours; by uploading them, you grant iMock a limited licence to process them to provide the service.
7. Disclaimers
iMock is a practice tool. We do not guarantee that using the platform will result in job offers or interview success. AI-generated feedback is provided for educational purposes and should not be treated as professional career advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iMock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
